Abuse Policy
How we handle reports — and what we will and won't act on.
Last updated May 2026

What we action
We act on credible reports concerning the hard-floor categories — CSAM, weapons trafficking, terrorism — and on active network attacks originating from our network (live DDoS sources, intrusion attempts, outbound spam).
DMCA & copyright
VPSCrypto is an offshore provider. The US DMCA has no legal force in the jurisdictions where our servers operate, so we do not process DMCA takedown notices and we will not disable lawful content on the basis of a copyright complaint. This is operational policy, not a claim of legal immunity. A rights-holder holding a binding order from a competent court in the relevant jurisdiction may submit it via the legal channel below.
How to report
Open a report from your VPSCrypto client area with: the IP address or URL, a clear description, timestamps (with timezone) and supporting evidence (logs, headers). For CSAM, report immediately — such material is removed on sight.
Legal process
Submit valid legal process from your client area. We verify authenticity and scope, and respond exactly as the binding order requires — no more, no less.
What we won't do
We will not suspend lawful content, disclose customer data, or open an "investigation" on the basis of informal complaints, foreign takedown emails, or DMCA notices that are not backed by a binding court order.
Response
Hard-floor reports are acted on as fast as we can verify them. Other valid reports are reviewed in the order received. Vague or unsubstantiated reports may be closed without action.
