Terms of Service
The agreement between you and VPSCrypto.
Last updated May 2026

The service
VPSCrypto provides offshore KVM virtual private servers with clean IPs, billed from a prepaid balance and paid in cryptocurrency. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Account & access
Your account is keyed to a single access token, with optional two-factor authentication. We store only a hash of your token — it cannot be recovered, only rotated. You are responsible for safeguarding it: anyone who holds your token controls your account.
Billing & payments
The service is prepaid. You top up a balance in cryptocurrency and servers are charged from it on a monthly or annual cycle. Crypto settlement is on-chain and irreversible, so top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. Unpaid servers are suspended and then reclaimed after a short grace period.
Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Hard-floor violations (CSAM, weapons trafficking, terrorism) result in immediate termination without refund.
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Maintenance is announced where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding month. We are not liable for data loss — you are responsible for your own backups.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms or the AUP, for non-payment, or where compelled by a binding court order.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are posted on this page. The service is governed by the laws of its operating jurisdiction.
