Acceptable Use Policy
What you can run on VPSCrypto — and the short list of what you can't.
Last updated May 2026

Our stance
VPSCrypto exists for privacy, free expression and resilient hosting. We keep the rulebook short and we do not act as a content police force. Privacy tools, communities, media, commerce and lawful-but-controversial projects are welcome. We do not action US-style DMCA notices or informal foreign complaints — see our Abuse Policy.
The hard floor — never allowed
Regardless of jurisdiction or court orders, the following are absolutely prohibited, removed on sight and result in immediate termination:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors — reported to the relevant authorities where the law requires.
- Weapons trade — the sale, brokering or facilitation of firearms, explosives, or their components.
- Terrorism & violent extremism — material that organises, finances or incites mass violence.
There are no exceptions to this list and no appeals.
Protecting our clean IPs
Our clean-IP reputation is shared by every customer, so a few network rules keep it intact:
- No outbound spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- No port scanning, intrusion attempts or exploitation against third parties.
- No launching or sourcing DDoS attacks, and no botnet command-and-control aimed at victims.
- No open relays or open resolvers used for amplification.
Fair use of shared resources
On shared plans, don't degrade the platform for others — no sustained resource abuse and no cryptocurrency mining on shared plans (dedicated capacity is available on request). Resize freely as your project grows.
Court orders only
We comply with valid, binding orders from a competent court in the server's jurisdiction. We do not disable lawful content, hand over data, or "investigate" on the basis of emails, DMCA notices or pressure absent such an order.
Enforcement
For resolvable issues we contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. Hard-floor violations are actioned immediately and without notice.
