VPSCrypto ships a real REST API and is built for autonomous AI agents: an
agent can create an account, fund its balance gaslessly with USDC on Base
via the x402 protocol, and order a server end-to-end with no human in the
loop. Offshore "DMCA-ignored" is operational policy, not legal immunity;
the only hard floor is CSAM, weapons trafficking and terrorism.
